He is known as a headhunter and hired by some of the top companies in the US to find and recruit the best and brightest in the corporate world. His 20 years of business management and psychology give him tremendous diversity as a recruiter in acquiring national talent. That same experience gives him the unique perspective of the hiring manager's decision making responsibilities and challenges accompanied by a keen national perspective that is so important to filling a companies' openings and retaining their top talent, through any economic condition.

Gary Perman is the Sr. Partner of Perman Willits Langone, a national search and recruitment firm specializing in Technical Executives and Managers, Product Design Engineers, Operations and Sales people.

He has a Masters Communications and Marketing and has been a national recruiter for 8 years.
