His 20 years of business management and psychology give him tremendous diversity as a recruiter in acquiring national talent. That same experience gives him the unique perspective of the hiring manager's decision making responsibilities and challenges accompanied by a keen national perspective that is so important to filling a companies' openings and retaining their top talent, through any economic condition.
Gary Perman is the Sr. Partner of Perman Willits Langone, a national search and recruitment firm specializing in Technical Executives and Managers, Product Design Engineers, Operations and Sales people.
